Starts at Home, where the heart is?

I have been lucky in the way that I have never needed the services provided by a charity. However, that does not exclude the possibility I have been helped indirectly by a charity such as The League of Friends that supports hospitals. Since childhood, I have understood the importance of charities, and I have helped in any way I could. Below are some of the charities I support.

If you feel I could help your charity in any way, please let me know.

ghr

One of the oldest hospital radio stations in the world, ghr, broadcasts a unique blend of music, news and sport for the entertainment of patients and staff at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.

Before moving to Sheffield, I was a member of ghr. Along with broadcasting, request collecting and raising awareness, I created two versions of the ghr website. A new site is currently being discussed.
